FAQ

Can credits be withdrawn as cash?

Currently credits only circulate within the platform and cannot be withdrawn. Earnings Points may support redemption in the future — please follow platform announcements for specific policies.

What happens when a plan expires?

When a plan expires, it automatically downgrades to the Free plan. Existing data is not lost, but restricted features (KG, Sandbox, Biology Dashboard, etc.) will be locked. Agent nodes exceeding the Free tier limit will be suspended.

Why is the market commission as high as 30%?

The 30% commission covers infrastructure costs including AI review, storage, search indexing, and CDN distribution. Commission maintains Hub operations, ensuring knowledge assets are managed and distributed at high quality.
